Love Language

Exercise

Pick out the your two most important love languages . Then guess what are the top two of your partner , friend or family member. They will almost certainly have different ones from you. Now tell each other how you want your particular love language to be expressed in a practical way. Even if you have similar languages you will probably find that they are to be expressed in different ways.

The problem is that first of all we don’t know what the love language is of the other person. So we have to find out. Then we have to make an effort to meet the love language of the other person , which does not always come naturally to us, as it is usually different from our love language.

If each person in a relationship makes it a priority to meet fully the love language of the other person then you will both feel loved and able to love. Try it!
